The scope of the work performed included a reference cost estimate and bid review during the pre construction phase. MAREMARES GOLF & SUITES AND RESORT A tourist complex and hotel facilities located at El Morro, Pto. La Cruz. 500 rooms. Scope of work: Preliminary schemes, construction cost studies before and during construction were provided by MODULO CINCO. ARUBA HILTON A tourist complex and hotel facilities located at Palm Beach, Aruba. 500 rooms. MODULO CINCO worked in the planning and control of the construction and equipping progress during the renovation phase. HOTEL ISLA BONITA A tourist complex and hotel facilities located at Pedro Gonzalez, Isla de Margarita. 312 rooms. MODULO CINCO prepared a project completion time estimate and thereafter worked on the detailed construction and furnishing plans. MODULO CINCO was also responsible for progress monitoring during construction. BLEU MARINE SUITES A recreational complex consisting of 150 units located at Playa Grande, on the Caribbean coast very close to the Simon Bolivar International Airport. MODULO CINCO was the Project Manager in charge of construction and the sale of the apartments. BALCONES DEL MAR A 500 rooms resort located in El Morro, Estado Anzoategui whose construction stopped in 1994 during the financial crisis. MODULO CINCO executed a feasibility study of this project that included: an estimated of the cost to completion that incorporated construction costs, equipment, decoration costs, furnishings, amount of funds needed, funds required per period, investigation of permits status, an estimate of the value of the project and projected cash flows assuming that some units could be sold as time shares under various scenarios. DUNES - PUERTO CRUZ A tourist complex and hotel facilities (Time-sharing) located at Puerto Cruz, Isla de Margarita. 400 rooms. MODULO CINCO prepared the preliminary completion time and cost estimates and project cash requirements on which the final plan was made. Later MODULO CINCO made the detailed construction and equipping plans. CASAS DEL SOL A town house resort located at El Angel beaches in Margarita. Preliminary schemes, time and cost investment studies (time-sharing), time and cost control during construction were provided. PUERTO REAL A resort located in Playa El Agua, Isla de Margarita. MODULO CINCO executed planning, programming and progress monitoring of the construction of utilities and apartment buildings and single-family homes. COSTA DEL SOL A complex consisting of 138 town houses and houses, located at El Morro, Pto. La Cruz. MODULO CINCO provided preliminary schemes, cost and time investment studies and construction execution control. PUEBLO VIEJO - FINAL STAGE A complex of town houses and houses located at El Morro, Pto. La Cruz. Time and cost investment studies were completed and updated with project execution data. AGUAMARINA HIPPOCAMPUS, HIGUEROTE Time-share resort located in Higuerote, Estado Miranda. MODULO CINCO performed the preliminary feasibility studies and estimated cash flows for the project considering various price levels and sales speed. When architectural and engineering projects for the first phase were completed a detailed construction cost estimate and program were executed and controlled. WORLD TRADE CENTER, CARACAS An office, shops and hotel complex planned to be built in Chuao, Caracas. MODULO CINCO did a Master Plan and preliminary cost estimate based on architectural sketches. EL DORADO COUNTRY CLUB A recreational development in Paracotos, Miranda. An initial cost estimate was prepared, updating it with data from the cost control process during construction.
