UNIVERSIDAD CATOLICA ANDRES BELLO - NEW BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SCHOOL BUILDING This is a building of approximately 10,000 m2 being constructed in the headquarters of the University in Montalbán. Caracas. MODULO CINCO, has been hired as Project Manager in charge of the coordination of activities ranging from the stage of design (including selection of the project team) to the hiring of the different stages of the construction. Its responsibilities include the control of the work advances pursuant to the work program, the financial control and the supervision of the work's quality. UNIVERSIDAD SIMON BOLIVAR - NEW CAMURI CAMPUS An educational complex with a gross area of about 24,000 sqm that is being built in Camuri to replace facilities seriously damaged during the "Vargas Tragedy" in December 1999. The first phase undergoing construction comprises three buildings: a classroom building, an administrative building and a cafeteria. MODULO CINCO executed a cost estimate and a construction program and when work started was in charge of monitoring progress, monitoring construction costs and reviewing subcontractor's valuations.
